When cleaning the face, you remove residues, dirt and oil from the face. Most of us, both women and men must be conscious of it, and cleaning your face twice a day it's a must.

But, most of us is less care about the proper way to wash our face. Sometimes with no attention to the formula contained in cleaning products, or treat the face with a rough, like scrubbing too hard.

Today, there are many face cleaning products sold in the market, ranging from the type of foam, gel or cream that is formulated for different skin types, oily to sensitive. Therefore, you need to pay attention first, what is the appropriate cleanser for your skin type.

if your skin is combination or oily, choose a formula capable of cleaning up the excess oil on your face and reduces sebum. Whereas for dry and sensitive skin types, use a cleanser with a lighter formula and contains moisturizers.

Make sure you choose products free of oil (oil-free), does not clog pores (non-comedogenic), does not cause irritation (hypoallergenic) and will not cause acne (non-acnegenic). Step 1. Wash your hand
Always wash your hands before cleaning the face, wear makeup or holding your face. Without realizing it, so many bacteria that stick in your hand, and if not cleaned, bacteria and dirt on hands can move to your face. Use antibacterial soap and gently wash your hands with warm water.


Step 2. Tie your hair

When your hair is tied, or pony tailed it's more easily cleaned, your face will also be protected from dirt that may stick to the hair.


Step 3. Clean your Makeup

When using makeup, it really helps, if you clean it first with a makeup remover before washing your face, so that products can work more effectively. Choose a gentle makeup remover that has formula, which fits with your skin. Clean the eyes first.


Step 4 Dampen your face
Drizzle a warm water to the face so the pores are more open. That way, the product can be cleaned more depth.


Step 5. Using a facial soap

Put a little cleanser in the palm of the hand or a sponge. Rub the palms until frothy, and rubbed gently with your fingers or a sponge to the entire face, from forehead, nose, cheeks, chin to the neck. Gently massage face with circular movements for several minutes.

Remember, do not jump to rinse after use, allow the formula cleaner soak into the skin for several minutes (usually 1 or 2 minutes).

Step 6. Rinse

Rinse face with water several times until the remnants of soap no longer feels in the face. Use cold water so the pores close and the blood circulation. Then, dry with a clean towel.


Step 7. Use Toner

For those of you who have oily face, it is advisable to use a face toner after washing face. Toner clean the rest of the makeup work, dirt and oil that may still lags even been washed with soap. Toner also functions shrink pores, remove oil and purify skin. Apply sufficient amount of toner to the face with cotton.

Step 8. Use a Moisturizer Cream

Apply a moisturizer or face cream water-based cleaning after every face, in order to face the humidity is always awake. Also make sure that you use the appropriate type of skin moisturizers.
